Force 1 Traffic/Civil delivers safe and reliable traffic management across New South Wales, the ACT and Victoria — keeping workers, motorists and pedestrians protected while projects move efficiently.
Our Company

Not new to the work.
Force 1 Traffic/Civil started in 2024, out of the Illawarra. We run traffic control, traffic management plans, civil labour and equipment hire — the whole job, or whichever part of it you’re short of.
Our crews work construction sites, roadworks, events and infrastructure projects. Every controller holds current tickets, and every plan we write is drawn to the standard the council or Transport for NSW will hold it to.
We work with local contractors, construction companies, event organisers and infrastructure developers — from single-crew jobs through to staged programs.

Safety sets the program
Every setout starts from the risk, not the timeline. If a job can't be run safely the way it's been planned, you hear that before the crew is booked, not after.
Done to the standard
Plans drawn to the current Austroads and TfNSW guidelines, compliant devices, and controllers carrying the tickets their role calls for. Nothing that comes back as a defect.
We turn up
Crews on site at the time we gave you, with the gear we said they'd bring. When something moves, the call comes from us first.
We debrief the bad days
We're two years old and we know it. Jobs that go sideways get talked through, and what we learn changes how the next one is run.
